IDR is seeking an Automation Architect with expertise in Tosca automation to join one of our top clients onsite in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned automation engineer who excels in building and executing comprehensive testing frameworks for complex enterprise systems.
Position Overview / Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of test automation strategies for enterprise applications
Design and maintain Tosca-based automation scripts to support repeatable and scalable testing
Translate manual test cases and business requirements into reusable automated tests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align testing objectives
Execute test cases, report on quality metrics, and document defects
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automated test failures
Host and participate in test review meetings with project stakeholders
Identify opportunities to introduce test automation early in the development cycle
Support multiple high-complexity applications and act as Tosca SME on QA efforts
Required Skills:
10+ years of overall QA/test automation experience
Deep hands-on experience with Tosca and test case development
Proven background in test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures
Ability to lead testing for multiple systems in a fast-paced delivery environment
Familiarity with agile and hybrid SDLC models
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience working directly with developers, BAs, and QA leads
