IDR is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery initiatives for a growing enterprise in St. Louis, MO. This high-impact role is ideal for a proven Agile leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about team performance, transparency, and delivery excellence.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach one or more Agile software delivery teams

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed

• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily team operations

• Track velocity and team health, and provide regular reports to stakeholders

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product increments

• Foster transparency, accountability, and a feedback-driven team environment

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or software development

• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and scaled environments

• Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive delivery focus

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
