Senior RPI Developer

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Malvern, PA
C2C Pay Rate: $90.00

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPI-based solutions for enterprise clients.
Serve as the technical lead for implementation teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Build and optimize complex data workflows using SQL, ETL, and RPI tools.
Integrate RPI with external systems via APIs for real-time data orchestration and campaign execution.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Redpoint Interaction (RPI).
Proven experience leading technical teams in complex implementation projects, preferably in financial services.
Strong expertise in SQL, ETL, and data integration methodologies.
Experience working with API integrations and real-time data orchestration.
Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation workflows.
