Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Help Desk Analyst: - Provide outstanding customer service both in person and via remote tools - Respond to support requests through various platforms, prioritizing based on urgency - Document each issue, diagnosis, and resolution within the case management system and IT knowledgebase - Install, configure, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate incidents related to various IT aspects - Support a suite of Microsoft Office 365 E5 applications on both Windows and Mac operating systems - Maintain asset inventory and adhere to asset management policies and procedures - This is a 3-4 month contract with potential for extensions and full-time employment Required Skills for IT Help Desk Analyst: - Associate's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience - Up to 2 years in an IT support role - CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ Certifications - Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Microsoft 365 Certifications - Familiarity and foundational understanding of Mac, Windows 10/11 OS, MS365, and Microsoft AD - Sound analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems - Creative thinker and team-player with an outgoing personality and strong initiative What’s in it for you? - Competitive compensation package - Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! - Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization - Close-knit and team-oriented culture Why IDR? - 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets - Employee Stock Ownership Program - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row
