Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years specifically in the role of Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Proven experience in coaching Agile teams and guiding them towards maturity.

• Familiarity with Agile tools and metrics to track team performance and health.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
