Automation Test Lead
  • Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
  • Location: Charlotte, NC(open to relocation)
  • C2C Pay Rate: $65/HR
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of automated production readiness test suites.

  • Coordinate across stakeholders, OpenShift technical teams, and leadership to drive the test automation process.

  • Analyze existing automated test suites and identify coverage gaps to improve overall readiness and quality.

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts.

  • Define test environment and data requirements to support automation initiatives.

  • Generate detailed status reports on test execution and overall production readiness.
Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Playwright and/or Selenium for UI automation.

  • Proficient in using Karate for API automation testing.

  • Hands-on experience developing end-to-end automated test scripts.

  • Proven ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills for test coverage assessment and gap analysis.

  • Experience with OpenShift environments and testing containerized applications
