Target Pay Rate: $50/hr C2C Location: Charlotte, NC Work schedule details: Onsite Details: Responsibilities: • Work closely with the development team and business partners to understand and document requirements • Support User Acceptance testing and result validation • Provide analysis, evaluate problems, and propose feasible solutions to meet objectives • Research and resolve quality issues and defects • Map data and data attributes to meet requirements and objectives • Act as a bridge between developers and business partners • Create and update required documentation • Manage and mentor a small team Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in business/data analysis and related fields • Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams • Experience with user acceptance testing and result validation • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy • Knowledge of data mapping and data pipelines • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
