5+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, training, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI technologies (with an emphasis on GenAI), AI Agents, and AI tools in a business setting (financial services preferred).
Experience utilizing generalized AI tools such as LLMs for enterprise use cases.
Deep knowledge of how AI and AI Agents are leveraged in financial services workstreams.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or user education initiatives.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track and report on adoption trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI ethics frameworks.
Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives.
Previous experience in a consulting or enterprise technology environment.
