• Launch and monitor retail media advertising campaigns for a diverse set of clients

• Track campaign performance to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations

• Monitor advertising budgets and pacing, flagging any discrepancies and ensuring campaigns stay on budget

• Use reporting tools such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), Criteo, Meta, Pinterest, and Google Ads to analyze campaign performance and surface actionable insights

• Make data-driven optimization recommendations to improve campaign performance and efficiency

Required Skills for Retail Media Ad Operations Analyst:

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or media operations, preferably at an agency

• Strong familiarity with reporting tools such as GAM, Criteo, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and Google Ads

• Solid understanding of budget management and campaign pacing

• Analytical thinker with the ability to spot trends, detect issues, and propose solutions

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
