4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
1-2 years of exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience.
Experience gathering business and technical requirements and producing user stories.
Strong ability to translate technical data for both technical and non-technical teams.
Knowledge of sequence diagrams and web service-level data mapping.
Understanding of software development methodologies.
Proven ability to develop partnerships and collaborate across business functions.
Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
