This role is integral to the daily operations of our client's Patient and Family Outreach team, focusing on patient compliance, cultivation, and integration tasks. Position Overview/Responsibilities:

- Manage internal communications related to patient asset management and patient compliance

- Participate in operational functions to ensure patient asset and interaction compliance

- Coordinate and support Patient All Call events

- Collaborate with leadership to ensure proper documentation and record management in the HIPAA compliant patient database

- Manage travel arrangements and check reimbursements for patient integration travel

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

- Experience coordinating event schedules, travel, and/or other administrative tasks

- Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to work

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
