IDR is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join one of our top clients in Mason, OH. This role involves administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests. • Administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests

• Utilizing various software tools including Facets, Filebound, and Jira

• Conducting outbound notification calls to providers and members

• This is a contract position for 4+ months with potential to extend

• Onsite work at our client's location in Mason, OH

Required Skills for Data Entry Specialist:

• Proven data entry experience

• Proficiency in Excel

• Excellent communication skills for outbound calls

• Experience with Facets, Filebound, and Jira is a plus

• Prior HealthFirst & Anthem prior authorization experience is a bonus
