IDR is seeking a Training Developer to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role supports a government project focused on child welfare, emphasizing content creation for end-user training within a system implementation environment. Position Overview for the Training Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality training materials such as job aids, user guides, and quick reference documents.
- Translate complex system and process information into clear, structured, end-user friendly learning content.
- Create multimedia training content, including video-based modules, walkthroughs, and screen recordings with narration.
- Partner with trainers, SMEs, and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment of all training content.
- Support continuous improvement of instructional materials by leveraging AI tools for speed and quality enhancement.
Requirements for the Training Developer:
- Strong background in training development, instructional design, or learning content creation.
- Exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex information and convert it into structured, usable training materials.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation, summarization, or instructional design workflows.
- Proven ability to build job aids, training guides, and end-user documentation.
