IDR is seeking a Webex Support Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role focuses on providing support for Webex and Nice CXone platforms within a technology services environment. The company specializes in communication solutions and customer engagement platforms, aiming to enhance client interactions through advanced support and configuration.
Position Overview for the Webex Support Engineer:
- Managing and configuring auto attendants in Webex
- Providing Level 2 support for Nice CXone related issues
- Handling configuration and policy management within Webex and Nice CXone systems
- Supporting onboarding and troubleshooting for users and clients
- Working in a hybrid or onsite environment at the designated location
Requirements for the Webex Support Engineer:
- Basic to mid-level knowledge of Webex and/or Nice CXone platforms
- Experience in managing auto attendants and system configuration
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to customer engagement platforms
- Strong communication skills and technical support experience
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or onsite model in Knoxville, TN
