IDR is seeking a Workday HCM Core HR and Compensation Lead to join one of our top clients for Gainesville, Florida. This role involves supporting a full-cycle Workday Higher Education ERP implementation within a dynamic organization dedicated to innovative HR solutions.
Position Overview for the Workday HCM Core HR and Compensation Lead:
Responsible for implementing the functional areas for Core HR and Compensation
Support a full-cycle Workday Higher Education ERP implementation project
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of HR and Compensation modules
Provide expertise in Workday certification standards and best practices
Assist in coordinating planned onsite co-locations while maintaining hybrid work arrangements
Requirements for the Workday HCM Core HR and Compensation Lead:
Workday Pro HCM Core Services Certification
Workday Pro Compensation Services Certification
Experience with Workday Higher Education ERP implementation full cycle (at least 3 implementations)
Strong understanding of HR and Compensation process design and configuration in Workday
Proven ability to support a large-scale ERP deployment in a hybrid work environment
