IDR is seeking a Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role is focused on supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) migration initiatives within a healthcare technology environment. The position offers an excellent chance to work on critical data management and technical development projects to support EHR modernization efforts.
Position Overview for the Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead:
Lead clinical workflow assessment, analysis, and documentation across inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary settings.
Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
Design, develop, and optimize Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts within Cerner Millennium environments.
Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from Cerner Millennium Oracle schemas.
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, informatics governance bodies, and technical teams to support EHR migration and legacy system retirement initiatives.
Requirements for the Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead:
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
Demonstrated experience supporting large scale EHR implementations, migrations, or optimization initiatives.
Proven ability to translate clinical requirements into technical and data specifications.
Advanced, hands on experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL).
Working knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle databases.
