IDR is seeking a Senior UAT Analyst / Business Test Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Jackson, MS. This role is onsite in Jackson 5 days per week, must be local or open to heavy travel.Â
This role involves supporting a state government modernization initiative focused on human services programs, including eligibility and case management systems. The organization is a public sector agency dedicated to improving service delivery through technology upgrades and process improvements.
Position Overview for the Senior UAT Analyst / Business Test Lead:
- Execute hands-on, scenario-based User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large-scale government projects.
- Validate system functionality against business requirements, policies, and operational expectations.
- Collaborate directly with state agency subject matter experts to ensure usability, accuracy, and desired outcomes.
- Document, track, and support defect resolution, participating in triage discussions with UAT leadership.
- Support UAT readiness activities, including test data preparation and coordination during testing phases.
Requirements for the Senior UAT Analyst / Business Test Lead:
- 5+ years of hands-on UAT execution experience.
- Prior UAT experience on eligibility, benefits, or case management systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting programs such as SNAP, TANF, Child Support, or Child Care.
- Comfort working directly with business users and agency stakeholders.
- Experience working in large, structured delivery environments, preferably in the public sector or with major system integrators.
