IDR is seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role focuses on leading the design and development of telephony integrations within Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions for a prominent financial services organization. The position offers a chance to manage complex CRM integrations and lead technical delivery in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Salesforce Development Lead:
- Serves as both a solution lead and hands-on developer for the CTI workstream within the Salesforce Agentforce program.
- Responsible for the end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of telephony integrations.
- Provides leadership across solution architecture, delivery, and team coordination.
- Partners with stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Ensures solution quality, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Requirements for the Salesforce Development Lead:
- 8–12 years of Salesforce delivery experience, with 4–6 years focused on CTI implementations for Service Cloud and Agentforce.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omni-Channel, Open CTI, and enterprise telephony integrations (Genesys, NICE inContact, Amazon Connect, Twilio).
- Strong understanding of security, performance, and compliance requirements in Financial Services environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer III and Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- Experience leading distributed development teams on regulated Salesforce projects, with a focus on secure coding, CI/CD governance, and audit readiness.
