Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Payroll Analyst:

Handle W-2C corrections, including securely emailing or mailing documents to individuals.

Monitor and manage multiple shared mailboxes, ensuring timely action on incoming requests.

Perform electronic document organization and paper filing to support payroll-related tasks.

Assist with tax setup and post-payroll cleanup, especially during peak workload periods.

Engage in a variety of administrative tasks to support the payroll team beyond core processing.

Required Skills for Payroll Analyst:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ability to learn quickly through hands-on experience and adapt to new challenges.

Background in accounting or finance is preferred, with relevant coursework or experience.

Genuine interest in payroll or administrative finance work, with a desire to grow in this field.

Open to early-career candidates or those seeking a foundational role to establish their career.
