Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Workday Integration Analyst:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, EIB, Orchestrations, and APIs.

• Serve as a technical authority, reviewing designs and ensuring they align with enterprise standards and security requirements.

• Translate high-level business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical integration designs.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Design Documents (DODs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Provide mentorship to team members and collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.

Required Skills for Senior Workday Integration Analyst:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in integration analysis, design, and development, preferably in large enterprise or healthcare environments.

• Strong understanding of Workday integration frameworks, including Studio, EIB, Orchestrations, and APIs.

• Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and error handling across cloud and on-premise systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
