Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager:

• Lead pre-purchase product initiatives across the funnel, collaborating with UX teams to optimize product pages and enhance filtering, logic, and A/B testing for better user experiences.

• Partner with backend teams to resolve fulfillment challenges related to eligibility vs. availability, including inventory visibility.

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Write detailed user stories and requirements to support tactical day-to-day activities.

• Influence fulfillment-related product features such as shipping indicators and inventory availability.

• Serve as a servant leader by mentoring team members and fostering collaboration.

Required Skills for Senior Product Manager:

• 8+ years as a Product Manager, with experience in e-commerce or fulfillment-related projects preferred.

• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, leading traditional ceremonies, and writing user stories.

• Proven track record of enhancing user experiences through filtering, product indicators, and page logic improvements.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.

• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX and backend engineering.

• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on the big picture.
