Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Animation Artist:
- Create high-quality animations for a diverse and expanding universe, including bipeds, quadrupeds, and monsters
- Attend team meetings for alignment, directions, and weekly updates
- Proactively communicate and exchange feedback with the Animation team
- Collaborate with designers and artists to create animation assets that fulfill the requirements of the project's game and visual design
- Consistently meet project deadlines in a timely manner without compromising artistic integrity
Required Skills for Animation Artist:
- Solid knowledge in Animation Fundamentals (12 principles of animation)
- Full-time availability during the contract period
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Maya or similar 3D animation software
- Understanding of body mechanics, acting, posing, and storytelling techniques
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
