Hailey came across as well prepared, professional, and genuinely thoughtful in the way she led the conversation. What stood out most to me was the quality of her candidate screening questions. They were clear, relevant, and well aimed, which made it obvious she was not just filling airtime or working through a checklist. She was listening for substance, fit, and real signal.
