The ratings in the middle were because the statement didn’t seem applicable… or I didn’t understand what was being asked. Clara was very professional and forthcoming with as much as she could be in where we are with the process! Clara was the best recruiter I've ever met. She has a great skill to lead conversation smoothly and knows the position she is recruiting for. She made appropriate questions and listened to my response with respect and patience! There are two things I suggest to change: 1. The first sets of questions were the same as the text-based screening, so it felt bit repetitive. I suggest changing the format of the questions, removing some questions I already answered, or asking for confirmation on my answers would make the process better! 2. I hope there was an appointment system for phone call. Overall, I deeply appreciate her kindness and professionalism!
