About Alexa Carter:

The intricate difference in my interaction with Alexa is that she identified a specific need for her client, recognized that my experience and qualifications aligned with what they were looking for, and she pursued me—the CANDIDATE. I wasn’t simply another applicant trying to get noticed; she saw the value in my background and approached me because she believed I could meet her client’s needs. ’ve been using LinkedIn for quite some time, hoping to build meaningful professional connections, but I hadn’t truly experienced one—until Alexa came along. Her connection and genuine interest gave me a renewed sense of hope and reminded me of something that can be easy to forget during a job search: my experience has value, and so do I. Sometimes, it only takes one person recognizing your potential to remind you to keep going. I’m truly grateful for the connection and the encouragement it brought at exactly the right time.
