Alexa was very professional and took the time to explain the role, asking great leading and follow-up questions about my experience. What stood out to me was that she understood and delved deeper into the fact that I would be transitioning from a salaried position to an hourly one, from long-term stable employment to a limited contract, with a reduction in pay, and the expectation to be onsite several days a week. She wanted to ensure I understood and was comfortable with these considerations, showing great care to ensure my clarity on the arrangement. She wasn't just checking off boxes but sought a clear understanding and was conscious of the correct fit for both myself and her client. Her follow-up communications were responsive and timely. I was impressed with Alexa.
