Position Overview for the Lead Desktop Support Specialist:

This resource will help manage a high volume of Service Desk requests, hardware installations, and customer software support.

Required Skills for the Lead Desktop Support Specialist:

Experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals, components, networking protocols, and communications.
Installing and imaging new computers and loading appropriate software for customers.
Installing and configuring local and network printers and other peripherals.
Migrating data and user profiles.
Documenting processes and procedures related to technical field support activities.
