IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Englewood, CO. This role is crucial in supporting the recruiting process by ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining efficient hiring operations across multiple locations. The position involves coordinating interviews, managing applicant data, and supporting recruiting projects within a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
Support the talent acquisition team in delivering a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Coordinate scheduling of interviews across assigned locations, ensuring rapid turnaround times.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure clean, reportable pipelines.
Assist with recruiting projects and onboarding activities to streamline processes.
Leverage AI applications and modern recruiting platforms to improve scheduling, communication, and reporting efficiency.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or high-volume hiring operations.
Professional ATS and recruiting/scheduling platforms experience, preferably with iCIMS or similar systems.
Data interpretation skills to maintain and report hiring efficiency.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
