IDR is seeking a IT Support Technician II to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves providing remote support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a highly regulated environment. The organization is a leader in government and defense sectors, focusing on delivering reliable and compliant IT support services.

Position Overview for the IT Support Technician II:

• Deliver remote technical support to employees at a government-focused organization.
• Manage and resolve Tier 1–2 issues using ServiceNow ticketing system, ZScaler, and Azure.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to improve support processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, network, and peripheral issues in a regulated environment.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical solutions.

Requirements for the IT Support Technician II:

• Customer/solution ownership, an overall drive for excellence.
• Remote support experience.
• Preferred skills with ServiceNow, ZScaler, and Azure.
• Written and verbal communication skills with end users.
• Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
