IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves handling customer orders, inquiries, and administrative duties within a busy office environment. The company operates within the healthcare and logistics industry, providing critical support services to clients and customers.

Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative:

• Responsible for processing orders, quotations, returns, credits, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, visitors, and Healthcare Professionals regarding activities, offices, and employees within the organization.
• Performs varied and diverse office clerical duties, including answering telephones, purchase order processing, typing, document scanning, and filing.
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
• Coordinate billing with customers and process purchase orders to maintain inventory levels.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

• Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple calls in a positive manner
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with dealers, customers, subsidiaries, and outside service providers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of office systems and procedures
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
