IDR is seeking a Telecom System Administrator to join one of our top clients in Texas. • Provide operational support and administration for telecom systems, including Webex and 8x8 platforms.
• Engage in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) analysis and optimization to support cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and field technology teams to resolve escalations and support nearly 800 branches across the US and Canada. Participate in telecom/network projects, migrations, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a customer-service focus, assisting with after-hours patching and on-call rotations.

Required Skills for Telecom System Administrator:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom administration with hands-on expertise in Webex, Webex Contact Center, and 8x8 PBX systems.
• Proficiency in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for executive-level reporting.
• Experience with cellular provisioning, vendor management, and service desk support environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
