IDR is seeking a Business Analyst (IES) to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports the modernization of eligibility systems within a government or public sector environment. The position involves analyzing and documenting integrated eligibility processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Position Overview for the Business Analyst (IES):

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, eligibility teams, and technical teams
• Analyze and document current and future-state Integrated Eligibility (IE) processes and workflows
• Translate eligibility policy and business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Update and maintain system documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, and process flows
• Support creation, review, and validation of eligibility notices and correspondence

Requirements for the Business Analyst (IES):

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or public sector environments
• Hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or similar programs)
• Strong understanding of eligibility policy, workflows, and case management processes
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and/or technical documentation
• Ability to create and maintain system documentation, including workflows, use cases, and process maps
