IDR is seeking a IT Systems Analyst 3 to join one of our top clients. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong background in end-user support, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance. Position Overview for the IT Systems Analyst 3:

• Responds to user inquiries and provides timely technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop system health and security
• Installs, configures, and updates desktop operating systems, applications, and peripherals
• Collaborates with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and contribute to IT strategy
• Maintains accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory

Requirements for the IT Systems Analyst 3:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or relevant experience
• 5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
• Experience in complex system implementations or upgrades
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, high-impact issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
