IDR is seeking a Business Account Representative to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting commercial customers through diverse communication channels within a dynamic energy industry. The position offers a chance to contribute to customer satisfaction and streamline account management processes.
Position Overview for the Business Account Representative:
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and mail.
Promote the company's products and services, assisting customers in obtaining the solutions they need.
Analyze accounts, manage billing inquiries, and negotiate payment options to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize various computer systems, software, and communication tools effectively to support customer interactions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements for the Business Account Representative:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with basic math and English skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience in a customer service call center for at least 6 months
Basic PC skills, including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
Ability to handle billing inquiries and perform basic analytical tasks
