IDR is seeking a Workday Supplier Operations Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Daytona Beach, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting Workday supplier and financial operations, with some familiarity with legacy financial systems. The position offers an engaging environment within a dynamic organization focusing on system support and process optimization.

Position Overview for the Workday Supplier Operations Lead:

• Support and own Workday-related supplier and vendor workflows, configurations, and operational processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday supplier operations and system activities
• Manage supplier setup, maintenance, and updates within Workday, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Support integration between Workday and legacy financial systems such as Bill.com and QuickBooks
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and technical teams to optimize and enhance workflows

Requirements for the Workday Supplier Operations Lead:

• Proven experience supporting or owning Workday supplier, vendor, or financial operations
• Hands-on experience working with Workday Financials, Workday Supplier Accounts, or related modules
• Experience working with legacy financial systems such as Bill.com and/or QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of Workday workflows, supplier lifecycle management, and financial operations processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
