IDR is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Monica, CA. This role involves overseeing account partnerships, managing account teams, and optimizing digital platform expertise within the music media industry. The company is a leader in digital content and entertainment, committed to driving artist growth and maximizing revenue.

Position Overview for the Senior Manager, Revenue:

• Oversee account partnerships and manage account teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency
• Optimize partner expertise and knowledge of all digital platforms to enhance performance and revenue
• Improve processes, refine operations, and troubleshoot day-to-day account streaming activities
• Augment label education on best practices and navigation through digital partners and platforms
• Coordinate event timelines, retailer outreach, and manage promotional items for promotional events and releases

Requirements for the Senior Manager, Revenue:

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in business operations, sales, and marketing within a music media company, digital partner, or related industry
• Experience dealing with commercial platforms and DSPs
• Expertise with all digital landscape models, including streaming, social media, and user-generated content
• Excellent knowledge of commercial products, platforms, consumer trends, and product consumption in the evolving music industry
• Inherent analytical and quantitative skills with experience in social media and content marketing strategy, including communicating strategy, driving artist growth, and maximizing revenue
