IDR is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Monica, CA. This role involves managing contractual agreements within the music industry, ensuring accurate data entry and analysis of legal rights and restrictions. The organization is a leader in the entertainment sector, focused on music rights and artist management.

Position Overview for the Contracts Administrator:

• Manage and analyze complex legal and contractual agreements related to music rights and artist rights management.
• Enter critical rights data into various rights management applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create detailed summaries of Artist contracts spanning multiple decades to verify rights and restrictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate rights data and support repertoire management.
• Maintain focus and complete detailed contractual analysis in both work-from-home and office environments.

Requirements for the Contracts Administrator:

• 2-3 years of contract administration experience, preferably in the music industry.
• Excellent organizational, detail-orientation, time management, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in using web-based applications, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Windows.
• Ability to analyze complex legal agreements and input data into various rights management platforms.
• Knowledge of music industry artists, labels, history, or genres is highly preferred.
