IDR is seeking a dynamic and dedicated IT Project Analyst to join one of our top clients' team. • Manage and support the intake process of IT infrastructure requests, including triage and communication

• Communicate effectively with assignment teams and customers

• Assess current processes and recommend improvements

• Work remotely with a flexible schedule

• This is a 6-month contract position

Required Skills for IT Project Analyst:

• Experience with IT Infrastructure projects such as Server, Telecom, Network, Data center migration, refreshes

• Experience working within a hospital setting that has 24x7 patient care

• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps capabilities

• Bachelor's degree and training/experience in Information Technology or Business Management, OR Associates degree with 2 years of technical experience
