IDR is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join one of our top healthcare clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Service Representative:
  • Meeting project deadlines for build requirements
  • Documentation of build and design decisions within specified project tracking tools and location
  • Participation in Workgroup design and build sessions
  • Provide feedback and possible recommendations based on Epic Foundation build Complete assigned application tasks as part of implementation project timeline/milestones/phase
  • Workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members.
Required Skills:
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the inpatient/outpatient registration/scheduling environment and hospital operations, procedures/functions and the relationships between them.
  • Exhibits solid knowledge of the registration and scheduling workflows and the integration with clinical processes and practices
