Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Partner Marketing Specialist:
- Plan, launch, and optimize joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners, aligning with business priorities and goals.
- Create and curate engaging marketing assets, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social content, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics and marketing support for various events such as webinars, partner summits, and sponsored trade shows.
- Collaborate with Partner Managers to co-create marketing plans, set KPIs, and support campaign execution across scaled partner accounts.
- Analyze marketing performance using dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements.
- Manage marketing program budgets for sponsorships, events, and digital campaigns.
Required Skills for Partner Marketing Specialist:
- - 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, product marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing co-marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects with partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with event planning, campaign reporting, and agency coordination.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive strategy.
- Highly organized with excellent project management and logistics coordination skills.
