Responsibilities:

• Provide support for and implement vended clinical applications across the Mayo Clinic Enterprise.

• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure IT solutions are complete, integrated, and aligned with Mayo Clinic's strategy and technology roadmap.

• Analyze enterprise architecture and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor industry trends to enhance IT and Mayo Clinic strategies.

• Document and translate core business processes into IT system data flows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of related experience
• 3+ years Epic Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and Cheers Campaign

• 2+ years Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow (Plus)

• Certifications required in 2 out of the 3 (Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and Cheers)
