• 7+ years' experience as an Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Techno-functional consultant/Project Manager/Project Lead
• 2+ years' experience implementing & configuring Oracle Recruiting module
• Must have Oracle Recruiting Cloud 2024 Certified Implementation Professional Certification
