IDR is seeking a Endpoint Coordinator for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. This is a 4 monthcontract role. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today! Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to evaluate needs for new service requests, device configurations, product inquiries, and order returns.
• Gather, document, and assess customer requirements to ensure accurate and complete product orders that support customer needs.
• Order electronic equipment in Lawson, troubleshoot ordering issues, and collaborate with senior personnel or Supply Chain Management to resolve issues, keeping customers informed of order status.
• Utilize excellent communication and time management skills to deliver outstanding customer service and manage project tasks, including process improvements and thorough documentation of workflows and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School / GED with 4 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role, OR Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role. Or Bachelor’s degree and excellent computer troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• (2+ years experience): Ensure accurate and complete product orders by gathering and documenting customer requirements, processing orders in Lawson, troubleshooting issues, and keeping customers informed.
• (2+ years experience): Deliver outstanding customer service with excellent communication and time management skills, and improve processes through effective project management and clear documentation for a diverse customer base.
