• 2+ years' experience with core mainframe development
• Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including:
• COBOL Programming Language
• CICS
• IBM DB2
• IMS
• VASM

Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives.

Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
