Title: Digital Employee Experiene (DEX) Specialist Location: Houston TX – Onsite/Hybrid Term: 1 year contract + extension (Client reserves right to hire after 6 months) Rate: 65-70/HR  Please note:
  • *Candidate must be on your W2*
  • *Candidate Visa must be Valid through year 2025*
Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Nexthink, including:

  • NQL queries, dashboards, remote actions, alerts, and diagnostics.

  • Query optimization and database logic.

  • Proficiency in Nexthink integrations with tools like Splunk.

  • Intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities.

  • Knowledge of PC infrastructure, Active Directory, and network systems.

  • Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
