IDR is seeking a RAN Engineer to join one of our top clients in Littleton, Colorado. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!  This position is fully onsite in Littleton, CO and is a 3-month contract-to-hire.   Position Overview for the RAN Engineer:

• Understand 3GPP specifications, perform analytical studies of the features, and evaluate their application and benefits for wireless networks.
•  Research and evaluate emerging technologies in the Wireless industry and translate their application in an operation environment and user experience.
• Work under the supervision of senior engineers, and help develop feature requirements for 5G radio.
• Work on RAN test and validation processes, test cases, and testing of the RAN features and application in lab and field.

  Required Skills for the RAN Engineer :  

• 3+ years of exp within cellular industry 
• RF propagation and waveform exp
• A technical degree such as BSEE/BSCS and/or at least 2 years of wireless experience with a strong technical background
• Cellular/Mobile Technology proficiency in 4G/5G

pay transparency: $55-65/hr
