• Hardware/Software Asset Management – updating and maintaining software/hardware assets in asset management system, contacting users to validate asset information, tracking assets through soft audits.
• Logistics – customer service, quote/order request and tracking, receive inventory and maintain warehouse stock.
• Maintaining and validating data by helping in IT Audits of physical devices at various locations
• Lifecycle management – assist refresh team to verify and validate assets on the annual replacement plan.

• Must have experience with administrative duties/customer service
• 1+ years of warehouse/logistics experience 
• 1+ year hardware/software asset management experience is preferred. 
• Basic understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Prior experience working with a ticketing system to manage workflow is preferred.
• A+ certification is preferred.
• Valid Drivers license/Reliable Transportation
