Software Project Manager

This role is fully onsite in Suwanee, GA.

Position Overview for the Software Project Manager:

· Works with product stakeholders to elicit and understand project requirements.

· Works with management to identify resources, both internal and external.

· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

· Works with Engineering, QA, and manufacturing departments to identify and track work items.

· Tracks & provides project status reports on a weekly & monthly basis.

· Proactively identifies resource and knowledge gaps.

· Leads cross-functional meetings with members from production, planning, engineering, sales, and quality assurance to ensure that the input from all parties is considered throughout the development process.

Required Skills for the Software Project Manager:

· BS/BA/MS/MBA degree in project management, business, or technical field

· Knowledge of Agile development method required

· Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

· Proven experience with MS Project and Excel

· Experience working with IoT products/ devices a plus

· Experience working on complex engineering projects involving hardware and software a plus

· Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
