IDR is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join one of our top clients in Rochester, MN. Position Overview for the Payroll Specialist:  

• Administer the HR and Payroll processes for timekeeping, payroll and the foreign nationals that are employed at our client or visit our client as independent contractors
• Examining documentation applying IRS and INS regulations to the proper tax status
• Timekeeping and payroll operations including Garnishments, Levies, Moving Expenses and payroll calculations for tax purposes

Required Skills for the Payroll Specialist  

• 2+ years of experience with payroll, benefits, tax, or accounting
• Proficient Excel skills
• Previous reporting writing experience
• Strong customer service skills
