Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technology Delivery Lead:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) technology solutions, ensuring high-quality execution from planning to deployment.- Manage technical project timelines, scope, and deliverables, aligning with business priorities and regulatory requirements.- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to enhance software development efficiency and ensure continuous delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with product strategy.- Identify potential risks and challenges in solution delivery and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Required Skills for Technology Delivery Lead:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
